Start date: January 2019 Pets: 3 Cats - Alvin, Arlo and Ace. (The naughty trio) Qualifications/Course: Exceptional Receptionist, International Cat Care's and Dental Care. Working towards my companion animals and Farm and equine courses.
Previously working at Milan, I was a Chocolatier for 2+ Years with the Qualifications Level 1,2 +3 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery and Beverage Service. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Patisserie and confectionary. Aswell as Level 2 Aware in Barista Skills and Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness.
Hobbies: Obviously cooking and baking 😀, Reading, crafty things and I do love a good Lego set to build. Outside of this I do enjoy walking adventures with a coffee in hand.
