Louise Bawden

Louise is Practice Director for both Arg Beiyn and Milan Vets. Louise was the very first Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) at Arg Beiyn, and since then, she’s become a true trailblazer in the veterinary field. Her leadership and unwavering dedication have played a key role in making Arg Beiyn a recognized training practice, shaping the future of veterinary nursing by mentoring and developing numerous high-quality nurses along the way.

Louise’s passion for exceptional patient care and fostering new talent has left a lasting impact on our practice. She continues to lead with expertise, and an unrelenting commitment to the highest standards of care for both our patients and team members.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys quality time with her family and caring for her beloved cats.
